I will keep this brief.
Well the price hasn’t gone up like I hoped it would — but it was hope and the expectation was that more people would get involved. But where I’m at is a total of 4500 Drip in deposits and knowledge that I will be at 10,000 at the beginning of January 2023 — exactly 1 year after I started.
According to the Kelly Snook’s Drip Calculator spreadsheet, I will have earned US$3.4 million (at today’s low price) by the time all my current wallets have hit MAX PAYOUT in late 2025.
So yep, people didn’t start flocking to drip. Well that is not actually true. According to Dune Analytics, there were 6000+ new wallets interacting with the Drip contract at the end of September 2022. That number per day has held steady since its nose-dive earlier this year.
Which is reflected in the price remaining steady also.
I think given past events, if it was going to fail and hit zero, it would have happened by now.
The future still looks bright and it looks like Drip will start to shine shortly. The Animal Farm will be relaunched to full capacity, with the unfreezing of the dogs token (AFD) — this will have built the full case where money and tokens are captured and used internally to this system. And external systems such as Scratchies and Dogs Roulette are soon to be launched to help pump more into this system.
Here is the first part of an article on how to invest in the Animal Farm. This will give you an idea of all the interconnecting parts.

The Animal Farm launches on October 18 2022 and I expect the price of Dogs (AFD) to take take off. Of course given history the price will soon settle down to its market price within a month or so. This is what happened with Pigs — AFP. It has been going crazy for the last 3 weeks after the expectation of the Animal Farm relaunch. $88 seems like a stable price but who knows.
Now lets look at where I am at with my Drip investment.
9 months
I started January 9th 2022. As of today’s date I have 4500 Drip — that’s 45 Drip per day after whale taxes (that is, I pay none yet). With this I can choose to claim or hydrate. I hydrate 11 of 14 days now but have not sold yet (for BNB). I am saving for when the price appreciates and / or to use in the Animal Farm. I also use the claimed amount to air drop to everyone in my downline.
But lets say I hydrated for 6 days and claimed for 1 (a common strategy). That means I would be getting 45 Drip today. At today’s current (very low) price of US$6.31 that is still US$230 per week after Faucet taxes. Of course hydrating will increase the deposit and increase the amount available each day.
12 months
Fast forward to January 9th 2023–1 year after I started, I will be 2 days off 10,000 Drip. Should the price have not improved (but believe it will have increased due to the Animal Farm influence) then I will have 100 Drip per day and if claiming once a week, that will be US$511 per week after Faucet taxes. By that time I’d likely increase to claiming for 2 days so now I’m getting US$1022 per week.
18 months
Fast forward to 9th June 2023 and according to my prediction spreadsheet, my 15 wallets will contain a deposit of 33,000 Drip. That’s 330 Drip per day. Lets say I claim 2 days and hydrate 5. Then at today’s super low price I will receive US$3,373 per week after Faucet taxes. That is more than I earn from my day to day job. But in that day to day job, I am at it every day — chained to a desk. I think I’d much rather income that allows me to do anything I want.
My prediction spreadsheet is not taking in to account whale taxes so it gets a bit difficult to keep pushing forward. I will use Kelly Snook’s Drip Calculator to estimate when whale taxes will kick in. Its not exact as I have 15 wallets made up of 1 large wallet down to 2 really small wallets. But it will do for now.
24 months
By January 9 2024, I will have 189,000 Drips deposited (remember this is possible because I have 15 wallets). That’s 1890 Drip per day and at 2 claims per week at today’s low price, that’s US$19,320 per week. It doesn’t look like I have hit Whale Taxes yet.
Let’s say the price gets back to my average price of around US$15 per Drip — now I am at $36,742 per week.
What if it got back the high it achieved in January 2022 of US$200 per Drip — now I am at US$489,888 per week. Seems fanciful — maybe. Or it could happen but only for a week or two. Still US$1,000,000 aint too bad!
And all those payouts should continue for about 3 months. So in the worst case scenario, I will have made US$1,400,000. Not too shabby.
Limits
When I hit MAX PAYOUT across all my 15 wallets then the deposit will total 410,850 Drip. That’s 4108 Drip per day. According to the Drip Calculator spreadsheet I will be earning (after Whale taxes) between 193 Drip per wallet (2895 Drip in total) down to 137 Drip per wallet (2055 Drip in total). That’s across the 3 months it will be paying out. Lets say the medium for simplicity’s sake — 165 Drip per day or 2475 in total. 2475 Drip x 120 days comes to a grand total of 297,000 Drip at the end (and remember I have been claiming 2 days a week all along aswell).
At today’s price that is US$1.8 million. If it hits $15 per Drip then its US$4.5 million. If it hits the all time high of $200 then its US$59 million.
According to the Drip Calculator spreadsheet, if i start alternating claim and hydrate as of today, then by the end at today’s price of $6.31 I will have made US$3.4 million. $15 then its US$8.9 million. At $200 its US$118 million.
The truth is in there somewhere.
This is real, man
So this is all real. The price is really low now but it has been holding stable for months now so I don’t think it will drop any lower.
Drip has been running successfully for 18 months and it is still attracting players.
Animal Farm is about to relaunch + some other goodies are coming in to play to help pump the enthusiasm and price.
So I am quite sure the price is going to improve.
But as you see it doesn’t really matter. The worst case scenario is that I will be earning US$3.4 million from my current wallet setup. Of course I won’t believe this until I start seeing it.
When I wrote about these numbers in earlier articles it did seem like fantasy. But I know that I could start claiming today so the numbers are real.
My wallet strategy is to start a new wallet or two every month or six to enable continuous passive income — this is a common approach. I am confident I will be able to retire quite comfortably well before the government tells me I am due to.
So maybe wen Lambo is for reals.
